For Fabory, Roozen van Hoppe has developed a new building at Kraaiven Business Park, Tilburg. The distribution centre with offices has a built area of almost 15,000 m2 and is located on a plot of more than 23,500 m2. A total of 15 docks will be realised.
Groundwork has started and steel structure assembly started in November and the property was completed in May 2019.
