Roozen van Hoppe started with the construction of an innovative project in Waalwijk. The new building is called Workinn Waalwijk.
The new campus on the Pompweg in Waalwijk will accommodate 400 labor migrants. The campus will consist of three residential buildings that will be divided into residential units for six residents. Every resident has their own bedroom. The living room and kitchen are shared. In addition, there will be common areas; a restaurant, shop, gym and relaxation area.
The apartment complex will be built as energy-neutral as possible. Among other things, the building will have a casco of recycled concrete and solar panels on the roofs.
In 2020 we welcomed the first residents.
