McGregor Fashion Group a European fashion house that focuses on designing, purchasing, marketing, distribution and sales of men’s, women’s and children’s brand clothing in the higher market sector. McGregor and Gaastra are the group’s largest brands. The distribution centre of McGregor has a constructed surface area of 22,300m2.
For Spar a distribution centre with a total surface of approx. 23,000m2 was constructed and handed over in 2011. The distribution centre has 51 docks and the storage and transfer capacity for about 8,000 articles. A lot of thought was given in the development to sustainability. Thus the refrigeration and freezer rooms have extra insulation and the heat recovery system is used to heat all the buildings. This has resulted in an energy saving of 30%.
For Syncreon Technology Roozen van Hoppe designed and constructed a distribution centre of approx. 58,000m2 for this international company. The property was taken in use as a centre for ICT-related products for European deliveries.
For DocData Roozen van Hoppe developed and constructed their new building. The logistics complex has a constructed surface area of 55,000m2.
