Roozen van Hoppe has realized the first phase of a new DC with office at business park Midden-Brabant Poort for New Pig. The total built area of the business premises is approx. 6,300 m2, consisting of approx. 3,158 m2 warehouse, approx. 419m2 intermediate floor and approx. 458 m2 office space. At a later stage, the warehouse can be expanded with another 2,295m2.
