Roozen van Hoppe constructed a distribution centre of approx. 58,000m2 for the international company Syncreon Technology. The property is now in use as a centre for ICT-related products for European delivery.
The construction of these large-scale premises was started in March 2008. The handover of the offices and hall 4 took place in March 2009. The Syncreon buildings have a constructed surface area of 58,000m2 and are located on a plot of 84,547m2.
